got the warranty according to the condition of such model included

Year Service during Warranty Period
You can call for service support from our service center direct
line 637-5460-2 or our main number 637-5454 ext. 400, 401 during
office hours (Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17.30 hrs.). If our Professional
Service Consultants are not available at that moment, you can leave
your number for him and he will call you back for supporting within
4 hours. We have several ways of service support for customers as
