Services and Warranty

After you decided to buy the computer machine and accessories from BARA you will automatically got the warranty according to the condition of such model included the following services from our Professional Service Consultant :

1. First Year Service during Warranty Period
You can call for service support from our service center direct line 637-5460-2 or our main number 637-5454 ext. 400, 401 during office hours (Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17.30 hrs.). If our Professional Service Consultants are not available at that moment, you can leave your number for him and he will call you back for supporting within 4 hours. We have several ways of service support for customers as follows:

  • Remote Service Support
  • On Site Service Support
  • Telephone Service Support
  • E-mail Service Support - via E-mail address rs6000@baraadv.co.th
    what you should mentioned on your e-mail are your company name, your name, your telephone numbers, your problems or questions
  • Monthly Report
  • Quarterly Check up
  • Training for the Operating Systems

2. Additional Service Support
Beside of BARA's standard service support as mentioned above, if customers require any other additional services, our Professional Service Consultant are appreciated to provide to be consistent with customers' need and the service fee will depend on the kind of service support as follow :

  • Maintenance Agreement (MA)
  • Special Request Service
  • Per Call Service
