Customer Service is the essential department that push BARA to be accepted in the world-wide standard service and the responsibilities of technical services is comsist of :

All of our Technicians have got an Intensive Training and they are all specialized not only in Windows NT Operation System, but also Netware and Networking System. They have got certified from Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Certified System Engineer : MCSE , Microsoft Certified Professional : MCP) Novell Corporation (Master CNE : MCNE , Certified Novell Engineer : CNE , Certified Novell Administrator : CAN ) , Compaq Computer (Thailand) Co.,Ltd. (Accredit System Engineer : ASE). For the technicians, who are responsible for hardware, they have got a training by Compaq Service Engineer : CSE who can analyze the problems of hardware correctly according to the process and standard

Beside , our customer service team is an Authorized Service Provider of Compaq Computer (Thailand ) Co.,Ltd. This makes us can provide services as equal as Compaq Care Service and we have directly receive the technical information from Compaq Computer (Thailand ) Co.,Ltd
