Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in business administration, IT, computer science, engineering or other related field.
- 3-5 years experience in computer environment
- +7 years of experience in IT, Experience in system analysis & design or consulting experience is a plus
- +3 years of experience in managing Web Applicaiton project (J2EE application is a plus) including project planning, client management, quality assurance, resource and budget control
- Excellent and analytical skill
- Excellent communication skills (English is required.)
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients (management, IT, end users) to gather high-level business and system requirements and translate them into project scope, timeline, and resource plans
- Lead & manage functional and technical teams to ensure that final produces are high quality and meet engagement requirements
- Provide regular engagement direction e.g. scope, vision, solution, methodology, technology, architecture, etc. to all team member including client personnel at time
- Manage & monitor engagement issues and escalate them to engagement committee when necessary
- Manage resources, timeline and budget
- Deliver professional presentation to client
- Provide leadership in driving the success of all projects
- Always ensure the process implemented deliver the good and right quality services/product to the customers
