Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, with higher degree is a plus
- At least 3 years experience in IT, or having strong background in IT
- Responsible for overall marketing support activities
- Excellent commamd of spoken and written English and Thai is ablolute essential
- Able to work under pressure, and comfortable in fast-paced working environment
- Dynamic, energetic, enthusiastic, ambitions with high self driven
Responsibilities:
- Contact possible prospects using phone, e-mail, web and direct mail as tools
- To develop and maintain good relations with both new and existing customers
- Coordinate and support sales team
- Analyze and summarize Customer Profile and History and maintains a database of client contact information
- Qualify the need and buying cycle prospect to generate qualified lead list
- Distribute qualified lead list to sale team to follow up
- Communicate with sales team to gather required information for updating database and also keep closely relationship with customers
- To be representative of company to gather issue and feed back from customer
